Shipping & Delivery Methods
BOUDOIR D’ AMOUR ships orders within Greece and internationally.
All orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days from the date the order is placed. You will receive email updates regarding the progress of your order, as described in the PRODUCT PURCHASE section.
Order processing, shipping, and deliveries are not carried out on weekends, during one week each August (exact dates are announced on our website), or on official public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Before completing your order, shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart according to the delivery destination and the total order amount through the “SHIPPING CALCULATION” option.
By selecting one of the courier companies listed below, you benefit from the preferential shipping rates we have secured for you.
Through your personal account on our website, you may track the progress of your order until shipment. After dispatch, tracking is available only through the courier company’s tracking number.
Greece & Cyprus
For deliveries within Greece and Cyprus, we cooperate with ACS Courier Services.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 10:00–17:00.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification in order to arrange a new delivery.
If you wish to collect your parcel from a local ACS branch, you may mention this in your order comments and we will notify the courier company accordingly.
If you wish to change the delivery address, you must notify us within 24 hours at info@boudoirdamour.com, stating your order number. The same applies to order cancellations.
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders within Greece and carries an additional charge of €2.00.
For purchases over forty-five (45) euros, shipping is free of charge.
International Shipping
For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, we cooperate with DHL, which operates an extensive distribution network across Europe, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Africa (EMEA).
If your international order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, you may contact the courier company directly using your tracking number in order to receive updates regarding the delay.
Any customs duties or import taxes are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
Our customer service department will inform you in detail via email regarding any additional charges related to the shipment of your order.
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available.
