12. Shipping & Delivery

BOUDOIR D' AMOUR ships orders throughout Greece and internationally.

Unless otherwise specified on the relevant product page, all orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within two (2) to five (5) business days from the date of order confirmation.

Throughout the processing of your order, you will receive email notifications regarding its status, as described in the "Purchasing Products" section of these Terms.

BOUDOIR D' AMOUR fully respects the privacy of its customers. For this reason, all orders are shipped in discreet, plain, and secure packaging, without logos, labels, or any markings that could reveal the nature or contents of the parcel.

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date contact and delivery information when placing an order.

BOUDOIR D' AMOUR shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to non-collection, incorrect delivery details, or failure to locate the recipient, reshipment may be arranged after communication with the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Costs

After dispatch, shipment tracking is available exclusively through the courier's tracking number.

Deliveries within Greece

For deliveries within Greece, BOUDOIR D' AMOUR cooperates with:

• ACS Courier

• BOX NOW

During checkout, you may choose your preferred delivery method where available for your location.

Delivery via ACS

Deliveries are carried out according to the operating schedule of ACS.

Generally, deliveries are made Monday through Friday during the courier's normal business hours.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, ACS will follow its own delivery procedures, including a second delivery attempt or collection from an ACS Service Point, in accordance with its applicable policies.

If you prefer to collect your parcel from an ACS Point, you may either include this request in the order comments or select the relevant service where available.

Delivery via BOX NOW

If you choose BOX NOW, your order will be delivered to the locker of your choice, subject to BOX NOW's network availability and operating conditions.

Once your parcel has been placed in the selected locker, BOX NOW will notify you via SMS and/or email, providing your unique PIN code along with pick-up instructions.

Collection of your parcel must be completed within the storage period specified by BOX NOW and in accordance with its applicable Terms of Service.

Change of Delivery Address or Order Cancellation

If you wish to amend your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order by emailing info@boudoirdamour.com and quoting your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, the provisions of our Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy shall apply.

Cash on Delivery

Orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to an additional charge of €2.00.

Shipping Charges

Orders with a total value exceeding €50.00 qualify for free standard shipping within Greece, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

International Shipping

For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, BOUDOIR D' AMOUR cooperates with DHL, which operates an extensive distribution network throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Africa (EMEA).

If your international order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, you may contact DHL directly using your shipment tracking number to obtain further information regarding the delay.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne exclusively by the recipient.

Where applicable, our Customer Service team will inform you by email of any additional shipping charges before your order is dispatched.

Please note that deliveries to P.O. Boxes cannot be made.

Events beyond the reasonable control of BOUDOIR D' AMOUR, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, floods, severe weather conditions, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Where possible, we will notify you promptly and ask whether you wish to proceed with your order.

Customer Information

Delays may also occur if:

• we are unable to contact you by telephone or email;

• additional payment verification is required;

• your delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate;

• clarification regarding your order is required.

BOUDOIR D' AMOUR shall not be liable for delays arising from the above circumstances or from delays attributable to third-party courier companies.

14. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as follows:

• Before completing checkout, you may simply return to your shopping cart and remove any products before placing the order.

• After submitting your order, you may request cancellation by contacting us on +30 210 3639008, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00.

Important: Orders may only be cancelled until you receive the Order Dispatched email confirming shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the provisions of the Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy shall apply.

15. Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Defective Products

BOUDOIR D' AMOUR is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or request a return in accordance with the terms set out below and the applicable provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they receive their order, without providing any reason.

To claim your right of withdrawal, you must notify BOUDOIR D' AMOUR of your decision within the above period by completing and submitting the Withdrawal Form, available HERE, or by sending another clear written statement expressing your decision to withdraw.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication is sent before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will provide you with instructions regarding the return procedure.

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

• They must be returned within the applicable return period.

• They must be unused and in their original condition.

• They must not show signs of use, wear, damage, washing, alteration, or deterioration.

• They must be returned in their original packaging together with all accessories, manuals, protective seals (where applicable), promotional gifts, and any accompanying materials.

• The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase must accompany the returned goods.

BOUDOIR D' AMOUR reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions or where the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Products Excluded from Return

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, certain products cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened.

In accordance with Article 3iβ of Greek Law 2251/1994, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

These products include, without limitation:

• Intimate products and adult toys.

• Personal care products.

• Lubricants and massage oils.

• Cosmetics and intimate wellness products.

• Underwear, hosiery, lingerie, and garments worn in direct contact with the body.

• Products bearing hygiene seals that have been opened, removed, or tampered with.

For hygiene and customer safety reasons, these products cannot be accepted for return unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Procedure

Customers wishing to return a product should contact our Customer Service department before sending any item back.

Products must be returned securely packaged using a traceable courier service.

Unless the return results from our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

BOUDOIR D' AMOUR recommends retaining proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, customers will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of their refund.

Where the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where required by applicable law.

Any additional shipping costs arising from the customer's selection of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by BOUDOIR D' AMOUR are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Products
