BOUDOIR D’ AMOUR ships within Greece and internationally.
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days.
Deliveries are not processed on weekends, public holidays, or during designated August closure periods.

International customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available.

Returns are accepted only if products remain unused, sealed, and in excellent condition.
For hygiene reasons, intimate products, underwear, and personal care items that have been unsealed are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 15–30 business days depending on the original payment method.
16. Commercial Warranty
Any warranties are provided exclusively by manufacturers or importers.
BOUDOIR D’ AMOUR does not provide additional commercial warranties or after-sales servicing.
