BOUDOIR D' AMOUR ships orders throughout Greece and internationally.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier company within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Throughout the processing of your order, you will receive email updates regarding its status, as described in the "Purchasing Products" section.

Order processing, shipping, and deliveries are not carried out on weekends, public holidays, or during the period in August when the company is closed. The exact closure dates are announced in advance through our online store.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. In the event of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address, or if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, BOUDOIR D' AMOUR shall not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries. Any additional costs incurred for reshipping the order shall be borne by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to non-collection by the customer, failure to locate the recipient, or incorrect shipping information, the order may be reshipped following communication with the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Costs

Before completing your purchase, shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on the delivery destination and the total order value through the "Estimate Shipping" option.

By selecting one of our partner courier services listed below, you benefit from the preferential shipping rates we have secured for our customers.

Through your personal account on our website, you can monitor the progress of your order until it has been dispatched. Once shipped, you can track your parcel using the courier's tracking number.

Greece

For deliveries within Greece, BOUDOIR D' AMOUR cooperates with ACS Courier and BOX NOW.

During checkout, you may select your preferred shipping method, provided it is available for your delivery area.

Delivery via ACS

Deliveries are carried out according to the operating schedule of ACS. Generally, deliveries take place Monday through Friday during the courier's business hours.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, ACS will follow its standard delivery procedures, which may include a second delivery attempt or collection from a local ACS branch, in accordance with its applicable policies.

If you wish to collect your order from an ACS Point, you may indicate this in the order comments or select the relevant service where available.

Delivery via BOX NOW

If you choose BOX NOW, your order will be delivered to the locker of your choice, subject to the BOX NOW network and operating terms.

Once your parcel has been placed in the selected locker, you will receive a notification via SMS and/or email containing your unique collection code and collection instructions. Collection must be completed within the storage period specified by BOX NOW and in accordance with its Terms of Service.

Change of Delivery Address or Order Cancellation

If you wish to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order by sending an email to info@boudoirdamour.com and quoting your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the terms set out in our "Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy" shall apply.

Cash on Delivery

Orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to an additional charge of €2.00.

Shipping Fees

For orders with a total value exceeding €50.00, shipping is free within Greece, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

International Shipping

For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, BOUDOIR D' AMOUR partners with DHL, which operates an extensive delivery network throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Africa (EMEA).

If your international order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, you may contact the courier directly using your tracking number to obtain further information regarding the delay.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Our Customer Service team will notify you by email of any additional shipping charges that may apply before your order is dispatched.

Please note that deliveries to P.O. Boxes cannot be made.
