Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase, request a refund, and return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may request a return or exchange for another product or products within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
The return process can be completed provided that:
The product is unused, intact, and in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you. If any damage, alteration, or signs of use are detected, the return process cannot be completed (including but not limited to: discoloration, deformation, visible wear, or damage).
The product packaging, the legal proof of purchase (e.g. retail receipt), the exchange card (in the case of a gift), instructions for use, and any accompanying items are returned together with the product.
For returns made through ACS Courier, shipping costs are covered by us only for the first (1st) withdrawal of each product. In the case of a second return or if another courier company is selected, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
For orders shipped outside Greece, all return or exchange shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.
In all cases, please contact us before returning any product at +30 210 363 9008, Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 – 18:00, or via email at info@boudoirdamour.com, stating the reason for the return and your order number.
Until the returned product is received by us, the responsibility for transportation remains with the customer. For this reason, it is important that the shipment is securely packaged in order to avoid any damage during transit. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned products during transportation.
Once we receive the returned product, the refund process will begin. Refunds are issued according to the payment method originally used, either through reversal of the charge to your credit/debit card or via bank transfer to an account you provide to us, within 15–30 business days (for Cash on Delivery orders – applicable within Greece only).
To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the condition of the product and its packaging upon delivery, so that any defect or damage can be identified immediately.

If the responsibility does not lie with BOUDOIR D’ AMOUR, please contact the courier company within eight (8) days from the date of delivery.
